AAA Offices and libraries, HERE'S HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND USE THIS FORM. FIRST, download and save it to your computer BEFORE filling in the fields (or the form will arrive blank when emailed). THEN, fill out the fields on both pages and select brochure quantities and SAVE THE PDF FILE. Attach the saved form to an email and send to hello@bciatyourservice.com, or mail to BCI, PO Box 93, Akron, NY, 14001. Ordering and shipping are FREE for your AAA offices and libraries.

How this Program Works

BCI provides literature racking, transportation, distribution and storage services to a multitude of clients in the New York State tourism industry, including destination marketing organizations.

We provide interested clients with the opportunity to use BCI to distribute their travel brochures on demand to AAA offices and libraries.

We encourage AAA offices and libraries to use this form as needed to indicate the amounts of brochures you need to replenish your racks, and we’ll box it up and send it out to you. Allow time for shipping (may take 2-4 weeks).
