I have 30+ years of professional experience in the travel and tourism industry in New York State, and I've built a solid reputation for honesty, enthusiasm, hard work, and dedication. I graduated from SUNY Cobleskill with an associates degree in Travel and Tourism Marketing. Since then, I've really learned this industry, having held a variety of positions including hotel reservations, banquet services, group tour sales manager, member services manager, shows coordinator, and county tourism director. Through all this, I also provided sales and services with a local brochure distribution company before launching Brand Connect Innovations, LLC in 2016.
Doer of Things and Stuff
At the risk of showing my age, I'll share that I've proudly worked in the New York tourism industry since 1998, when I jumped right in as Executive Director of Madison County Tourism. Since then, I've worn several different hats as both a paid professional and a volunteer board member. Over the years my primary work focus has been on marketing, advertising, public relations, member services, events manager, sales agent...you name it, and I just might have done it!
I'm also proud to be a part of the BCI team in my spare(!) time, assisting with website management, promotions, accounting, and any other task as needed. And I love working alongside tireless and dedicated colleagues who I also call my good friends.

Judy brings to BCI her many years of professional service as the Distribution Manager at the 1000 Islands International Tourism Council. She is very knowledgeable of the tourism industry in NYS and understands the logistics and hard work involved with getting your information to the public.
