You are reserving slot space, so if you need to swap out literature within the 12 month period for your reserved slot space, contact BCI to make arrangements. BCI will charge each brochure customer only for straight postage costs, and our rate of $18/hour for materials handling and packing. Contact us direct regarding enrollment in this program.
BCI partners with Merchantry Tourism, LLC (dba Anderson's Brochure Distribution Service) to host a TOURISM INFO CENTER at The Great New York State Fair. 2024 will be our fourth year! Both companies have extensive travel show experience they put to work for you. Distribution quantities roughly 300 copies for 4"x9" pieces, 600 copies for magazines.

Limited availability. Buy a whole rack. The rack holds 24 rack cards or small brochures and has flat space for up to 4 stacks of oversized brochures/booklets such as destination travel guides. 24 rack cards and 4 booklets combined equals $7,580 in total rack space. This $5,080 rate is a great savings you can either pass on to your partners or provide even more cost-affordable rack space for them and yourself. We can customize racks for a variety of brochure configurations - see photos below!
